In the Baltics, a survey on promoting cooperation in research projects with citizens’ participation continues. The second round of the survey is underway. The time for completing the questionnaires has been extended until the 5th of September.

Q2

In the spring of 2022, research questionnaires were launched to identify research projects and activities where the public is actively involved and to identify the differences between the tasks of the parties involved in such projects: researchers, specialists in memory institutions and amateur researchers/citizens.

The second round of the survey will find out how and in which research processes co-operation between researchers, citizens and librarians and other specialists of memory institutions takes place. A little more, there are questions about the role of memory institutions in research. Feedback from the respondents is expected, whether, how and to what extent cooperation takes place directly with specialists of libraries and other memory institutions. Stakeholders are invited to share experience and views on cooperation at present or in the near and distant future:

Completed questionnaires will be accepted until Monday the 5th of September.
